Ajinomoto Ranks Among TOP50 COMPANIES IN THAILAND 2026™ for the First Time Reinforcing Its Commitment to Employee Well-being through the EAT WELL, LIVE WELL Philosophy

Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd., a global leader in food and nutrition under the "Eat Well, Live Well." philosophy, proudly announces its achievement in winning 40th place out of 720 leading companies in the "Top50 Companies in Thailand 2026™" award by WorkVenture, recognizing organizations that the new generation most aspire to work with.

The award is based on a survey of young professionals aged 22–35 in Bangkok and surrounding areas. This marks the first year Ajinomoto Thailand has received this prestigious recognition, reflecting the company's successful transformation to meet the expectations of today's workforce. The achievement highlights Ajinomoto's strong focus on holistic employee well-being, career growth opportunities, and the creation of meaningful work experiences.

Mr. Ichiro Sakakura, President of Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd., said "The key to sustainable organizational growth lies in growing together with our people, or what we call Co-Growth. This happens when the company's direction aligns with employees' personal goals. We believe that growth requires the courage to take on challenges and the willingness to learn from failure. That is why creating an environment of psychological safety is essential, so employees feel confident to think, try, and continuously develop themselves. At Ajinomoto, we place strong emphasis on employee well-being in every dimension physical, mental, and professional while providing opportunities to learn and grow through diverse experiences. Working across the ASEAN region allows our people to gain broader perspectives, deepen their understanding of food cultures, and develop cross-border collaboration skills. We are committed to driving the organization under our vision of 'Leading in Creation of Well-Being,' with a strong focus on people at the center. By believing in our employees' potential and fostering flexible, modern, and meaningful ways of working, we are confident that when employees feel happy, empowered, and part of shared success, the organization can achieve strong and sustainable growth in the long term."

Over the years, Ajinomoto has consistently invested in comprehensive employee development across four key dimensions: Job Attributes, Reward & Career, People & Culture, and Corporate Image. These efforts are driven by a unified global philosophy through the Ajinomoto Group Way (AGW), which emphasizes respect for human dignity, and the Ajinomoto Group Creating Shared Value (ASV) approach, focused on creating shared value both within the organization and for society at large.

"This award affirms that our people-centered management approach emphasizing employee well-being, psychological safety, and inclusive participation resonates strongly with the new generation," Mr. Sakakura concluded. "For Ajinomoto, taking care of our people's happiness at work is the starting point for creating sustainable value for both the organization and society."
