Central Pattana to Open CENTRAL KRABI on 24 October 2025 – Krabi's First Mixed-Use Landmark and Thailand's First Sustainable-Lifestyle Shopping Centre, featuring a full lineup of leading brands
[Krabi] Central Pattana Public Company Limited is set to officially open Central Krabi on 24 October 2025, introducing the first mixed-use landmark in the heart of the province. The project comprises a shopping centre, residences, condominium, and a hotel. More than just a shopping destination, Central Krabi will play a key role in shaping the future of Krabi's tourism and stands as Thailand's First Sustainable-Lifestyle Shopping Centre, positioning the province as a global destination for sustainable travel. Designed as a hub for sustainable tourism experiences, it seamlessly connects people, nature, and local communities. Central Krabi is also the first shopping centre in Thailand to pursue EDGE certification - Zero level, underscoring world-class sustainability standards. The centre will feature more than 300 stores, combining more than 300 leading international and Thai brands with curated local businesses to offer new lifestyle experiences for discerning travelers from around the world.
Inspired by "Every Essence of Krabi" – A Shopping Centre Truly Designed for the Community
Drawing inspiration from "Every Essence of Krabi", the development integrates the province's culture, community, and natural beauty into every dimension of its design. The shopping centre introduces five distinctive zones – Krabi Bay, Beachwalk, Palm Square, Fisherman's Village, and Andaman Market – each reflecting the vision of a true community space - not just a shopping destination, but a centre of pride.
A True Model of a Sustainable Shopping Centre
Central Krabi has been developed under a holistic vision of sustainability, with environmental considerations embedded throughout its design. As the first shopping centre in Thailand to pursue EDGE certification - Zero level, the project features more than 14,400 square metres of solar panels, eco-friendly construction materials, and EV charging stations. Waste management follows an upcycling approach that transforms discarded and surplus materials into resources for buildings, road surfaces, and even souvenirs. The project also creates shared value with the community through CSV initiatives, generating local income and advancing the circular economy, while working hand-in-hand with tenants under the Green Partnership program to bring sustainable practices into reality.
A Complete Lifestyle Experience with Leading Brands
Central Krabi will showcase a full spectrum of lifestyle offerings. Brands include Adidas, Bearhouse, Beautrium, Bonchon, Crocs, Fuji, Gaga, Good Goods, HarborLand, Insoul Halal, iStudio, Jian Cha, Jetts Fitness, Jim Thompson, KKV, Lush, Mandarin Suki, Miniso, Much & Mellow, Nuh, Potato Corner, Prime Burger, Shabushi, Souri, and Starbucks, together with more than 300 other leading stores, delivering a one-stop lifestyle destination.
In parallel with the shopping centre, Central Pattana is unveiling Baan Ninya Krabi, a luxury residential development in the heart of the city. Offering resort-style villas with breathtaking mountain views, the project highlights premium facilities including a Grand Clubhouse, an Infinity Edge swimming pool, and a fully equipped fitness centre, all under Central Pattana's seven-level safety standards. An exclusive preview of the project will be held on August 30–31, 2025.
Central Krabi is set to open on 24 October, offering more than just a shopping centre - it is a new inspiration for sustainable tourism, elevating Krabi as a world-class eco-friendly destination.
