Central Pattana wins BEST PUBLIC COMPANY OF THE YEAR for 2 consecutive years at the Money & Banking Awards 2024-2025, reaffirming its leadership as Thailand's No.1 real estate company.
Central Pattana plc, Thailand's No.1 sustainable real estate developer, under the vision "Imagining better futures for all," connects retail, residence, hotel, and office projects, has been honored with the "Best Public Company of the Year 2025" award in the real estate development category by Money & Banking Magazine at the Money & Banking Awards 2025. This marks the second consecutive year the company has received this prestigious recognition, reaffirming its success and unwavering commitment as Thailand's leading property developer. The award was presented to Ms. Wallaya Chirathivat, President & CEO of Central Pattana plc, by Dr. Sethaput Suthiwartnarueput, Governor of the Bank of Thailand, who presided over the ceremony.
The consecutive recognition as the "Best Public Company of the Year 2025" in the real estate development category reinforces Central Pattana's strength as a leading listed company on both the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Market for Alternative Investment (mai). The company consistently ranks among the top performers in its industry. In 2024, Central Pattana achieved a historic all-time high with total revenue of THB 51,843 billion and a net profit of THB 16,729 billion, reflecting the success of its Retail-Led Mixed-Use Development strategy. This approach has driven well-rounded business growth under the concept of "The Ecosystem for All" in a tangible and impactful way.
